1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NOHSONIC Physiotherapy Clinic website and the physiotherapy services we provide at 29 Agadez Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

NOHSONIC Physiotherapy Clinic provides professional physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services. Our services are delivered by qualified and registered physiotherapists in compliance with the standards of the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board of Nigeria (MRTB).

All services are subject to clinical assessment and the professional judgement of our physiotherapists. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or where a patient’s conduct makes it unsafe to continue.

3. Appointments

Booking: Appointments may be requested through our website booking form, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to confirmation by our team. A booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment until you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.

Cancellations: We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to attend a confirmed appointment without notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Late arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, we cannot guarantee full treatment time and reserve the right to reschedule if the delay significantly impacts other patients.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are communicated at the time of booking or upon initial assessment. Fees are payable at the time of treatment unless a prior arrangement has been agreed in writing.

We accept payment by cash and bank transfer. For HMO-covered patients, it is your responsibility to ensure your insurer has authorised treatment before your appointment. We are not liable for any services declined by your insurer.

Prices are subject to change. Where a price change affects an existing confirmed appointment, we will notify you in advance.

5. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health history, current condition, and any medications you are taking.
• Inform your physiotherapist of any changes to your condition or health status before or during treatment.
• Follow the advice, home exercise programmes, and treatment plans provided by your physiotherapist to achieve the best possible outcome.
• Behave respectfully toward all staff and other patients on our premises.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It should not be used as a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Physiotherapy carries a small risk of temporary soreness or discomfort following treatment. Serious adverse events are rare. Your physiotherapist will discuss the risks and benefits of any proposed treatment with you before it begins.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, NOHSONIC Physiotherapy Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that our website will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of NOHSONIC Physiotherapy Clinic or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
