Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Restoring movement, strength, and function in muscles, bones, joints, tendons, and ligaments.

Whether you are recovering from a fracture, managing arthritis, or dealing with a frozen shoulder, our orthopedic rehabilitation programme gets to the root of your pain and builds a path back to full movement. We use hands-on techniques, guided exercise, and evidence-based methods to help you regain the strength and range of motion you need for everyday life.

Our Rehabilitation Approach

We begin with a full assessment of your movement, pain levels, and functional goals. From there, we design a personalised plan combining manual therapy, targeted exercises, and progressive loading. We monitor your progress at every session and adjust the plan as you improve.

  • Osteoarthritis
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Fractures
  • Tendon injuries (e.g. Achilles tendonitis)
  • Ligament injuries (e.g. ankle sprains)
  • Frozen shoulder

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question about orthopedic rehabilitation? Here are the questions we hear most often from patients, with honest answers from our team.

Recovery time varies depending on the condition and severity. Some patients see significant improvement in 4-6 weeks, while complex cases such as post-fracture rehab may take 3-6 months. Your therapist will give you a realistic timeline after your initial assessment.

We work within your pain tolerance at all times. Some mild discomfort during exercise is normal and expected, but we never push you through sharp or worsening pain. Our goal is progress, not pain.

No referral is needed. You can book directly with us and we will carry out our own assessment. If we identify anything that requires a doctor's review, we will advise you accordingly.

In most cases, yes. We will advise you on activity modifications and pacing strategies so you can stay as functional as possible during your recovery.

Physiotherapy is a non-surgical approach that works on muscles, movement, and function. Many orthopedic conditions can be successfully treated with physiotherapy alone. Surgery is typically considered only when conservative treatment has not achieved the desired outcome.
